Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10 years as an engineer, solving complex problems. Over time, I realized that the challenges I felt most drawn to weren’t technical, they were human. I transitioned into the field of mental health because I believe in the power of connection, healing, and self-discovery.
Now, as a therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s difficult moments. Whether you're exploring your identity, processing trauma, or moving through grief, my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported in your journey toward healing.
I specialize in working with adults, particularly those navigating identity exploration, trauma, and grief. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ folks and strive to create an affirming and supportive space for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. While my primary focus is on adults, I am also open to working with children, teens, and couples.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of techniques and theories and tailor my approach to each person's unique needs and experiences. I prioritize creating a warm, understanding, and supportive environment for my clients. I use trauma-informed, sex-positive therapeutic interventions to help clients feel safer, validated, and empowered throughout the healing process.
